Refusing cold calls
In accordance with article L.223-2 of the French Consumer Code, consumers who do not wish to be the subject of commercial canvassing by phone may register on an opposition list free of charge, to refuse cold calls. This list can be found on the www.bloctel.gouv.fr website.
