I loved the hotel staff, cleanliness, and location. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The lady who checked us in was especially warm and welcoming.she assisted us with our luggage to the room, made the check-in process smooth and effortless, and even offered us welcome drinks, which was a lovely touch. She was very helpful and friendly, special thank to her.
I will definitely stay at this hotel again and will gladly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Thank you for making our trip to Paris truly outstanding.

I do not recommend this hotel. We slept very poorly; it was extremely noisy!
If you want a quiet night, go somewhere else.

The hotel is welcoming, very clean, and well-located. The staff is helpful and readily available.

The rooms are functional and attractive. The bedding and towels are high-quality.

The breakfast is varied (sweet and savory), and the products are fresh and of good quality.

First experience at the Best Western Plus Sydney Opéra. The hotel is well located. La Madeleine, Opéra, St-Lazare, and the department stores are nearby. The RER and metro are a few minutes' walk away, as is the Roissybus. The hotel and rooms are clean. The room is well laid out and the bedding is comfortable. We had a quiet room, which is much appreciated in the heart of Paris. However, the bathroom is small, and we could hear our neighbors taking a shower. But otherwise, there was no other noise. Accessing the elevator to reach the upper floors via stairs when you have a large suitcase is not very convenient.

Finally, the hotel staff is welcoming and helpful.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that.
