I loved the hotel staff, cleanliness, and location. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The lady who checked us in was especially warm and welcoming.she assisted us with our luggage to the room, made the check-in process smooth and effortless, and even offered us welcome drinks, which was a lovely touch. She was very helpful and friendly, special thank to her.
I will definitely stay at this hotel again and will gladly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Thank you for making our trip to Paris truly outstanding.

What stood out the most was the staff, they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. They assisted us with every step, including handling our luggage during both check-in and check-out, always with a smile and genuine care.
The hotel is clean, quiet, and warm, which made the stay very relaxing. This was my first time staying at a Best Western hotel chain, but after this experience, it definitely won’t be the last. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a pleasant stay.
