Customer reviews of the Sydney Opéra hotel in Paris

I recommend this hotel and will stay here again. My partner and I spent three nights here (October 2025), and we can't say enough good things. Both Lia and Marco at reception were delightful and answered all our questions with a smile and great dedication, giving us directions and helping in any way they could. The hotel room was great (small, typical in Paris), very new and clean, the bed was wonderful, and the bathroom was modern and had lovely towels. The hotel's location is great for walking everywhere, and if not, it has metro and RER stations very close by. In fact, one day we went to Disneyland and left from Auber, next to the hotel, and took the RER directly to the park—super convenient.

Fantastic hotel, exceptional staff, very friendly. Spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was superb. I recommend it 100%! Thank you for the wonderful stay, we'll definitely be back.
