Customer reviews of the Sydney Opéra hotel in Paris

It had been a while since my last visit to Paris. I chose the Best Western Plus Hotel Sydney Opera, conveniently located near the Opera House, based on a recommendation from a local friend. It also had very high ratings on social media.

★★★ But seriously, the room was spotlessly clean, well-designed, and the bed was comfortable.

The front desk has friendly staff 24 hours a day, and the security is excellent. It's now one of my recommended hotels in Paris.

We stayed at this property for a long weekend in Paris. It's in a great location. The room is large, the bed is very comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful and high-quality. Excellent fresh fruit, excellent savory yogurt, and truly excellent pastries. Compliments: the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire property is top-notch. A truly elegant hotel.
The staff is all friendly, helpful, and highly recommended.
We rarely find such top-notch hotels. We give them 5 stars overall, plus a plus because they deserve it. Oh, and thanks for the luggage storage and flexible hours.

The room is clean but very cramped, and the hot water takes a very, very long time to arrive. The welcome was very cold, and some of the staff showed a complete lack of empathy—a real shame for such a well-known establishment.

Nice, small and clean hotel with great Breakfast. Very nice and attentive staff. Overall great experience.

The rooms are quite big for a city hotel (especially Paris). The bathroom was a little small but absolutely enough for two people and the water pressure was very nice. The optional breakfast had plenty of tasty choices and attentive staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, the service was friendly and professional, the staff warm in general and very well trained and the breakfast was very enjoyable with a good selection.

Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again when visiting Paris.
