The location, service, and amenities were truly excellent.
We spent two days (room 205) on the recommendation of a friend who stays there regularly. The room was very spacious with a sitting area, a desk area, and a dressing room. The decor was modern and understated. The large bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was efficient and quiet (a real plus during these hot days!). The breakfast buffet was plentiful, varied, and high-quality. The staff was efficient and friendly. A truly excellent place to stay.

personnel plus qu’adorable, le petit déjeuner est vraiment pas mal ! la chambre standard est légèrement petite mais donne une jolie vue sur l’architecture de paris. la clim nous a sauvé la vie. à recommander !
This is by far the best customer service I have experienced within the Best Western chain, both in North America and Europe. The staff consistently treated guests with genuine care, warmth, and professionalism. Throughout my three-night stay, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and I truly felt at home.
